FALA reads your site

Paste a URL. FALA scrapes approved pages, brand signals, offers, FAQs, and service language into a knowledge base the agent is allowed to use.

The Architect interviews you

Owners talk through who they serve, what to qualify, what to promise, and when a person should take over. Those answers become the agent's boundaries.

Your agent goes live

FALA publishes a domain-locked widget (bubble, modal, or top bar) and an install guide. One script tag embeds the agent on the site.

What the agent does

FALA answers from the owner's site, guides navigation, fills forms by voice, captures phone and email with consent, books meetings, and learns from unanswered questions. Responses stay grounded in approved content instead of inventing policy.
