Identity
Owners sign in with Elav8 over OAuth 2.1 with PKCE. FALA never stores the password. Optional TOTP two-factor is available.
Isolation
Every record is scoped to the workspace server-side. One customer cannot read another's conversations, leads, knowledge, or reports.
Accountability
Sign-ins, changes, exports, and admin access are recorded in an append-only audit trail with SOC 2-aligned controls (not a claimed certification).
Retention and consent
Owners choose how long leads and transcripts are kept. Per-channel opt-ins travel with every lead. Widget keys are domain-locked.
