# FALA
> FALA (Elevate Follow-Up) by Elav8 is a voice-first AI customer-service widget builder. Production: https://fala.elav8.ai. Billing and identity are provided by Paga at https://pagaelav8.com.
Use markdown (`Accept: text/markdown`) on the same URLs that serve HTML. The public API contract is `/openapi.json`. Do not treat the dashboard SPA as an API.
When to use FALA: a site that needs an installable voice/chat agent grounded in that site's own pages, with lead capture and optional phone/SMS follow-up. Use the widget runtime (`/api/w/*`) when embedding or testing a published agent via its public key. Do not use FALA as a general LLM API, an Elav8/Paga billing API, or a public MCP server — FALA does not publish one. For Elav8 subscriptions, entitlements, and Sign in with Elav8, start at https://pagaelav8.com.
