The Ask Gap Lab

An interactive companion to Fala Research Technical Report FR-2026-01 (The Ask Gap). Five stations, all computed live from the report's own model, so the Lab can never disagree with the paper.

Stations

Race the Ask: type a 20-word question, then say it; both are timed in the browser and placed on the study's means (36 WPM typing on a phone, 153 WPM recognised speech). Nothing is recorded or sent.
The Funnel: drag the size of the ask from a click to a calendar slot and watch voice and text overlap through attention, then split at the ask (1.8x for an email, 7.4x for a meeting; Docket, 13 weeks).
Argue with our priors: move the model's four parameters and re-simulate 20,000 scenarios live; reset reproduces the paper's numbers exactly.
The Clock: a human reply (200 ms), a 2026 voice agent (700 ms) and a typed 20-word turn (33 s) race in real time.
Your site: the report's modelled lift applied to your own traffic.
