About FALA
FALA gives a business's website a voice. It is a voice-first AI receptionist: visitors talk to it the way they would talk to a person at the front desk, and it answers out loud from the business's own website, walks them to the right page, fills out forms with them, takes their details with consent, and hands off to a human when it should.
FALA is built by Elav8, a small software company making AI products that turn what people say into what gets done. The Elav8 family is Elav8 Voice (voice-powered productivity), Convolens (streaming intelligence for conversations) and FALA. Accounts, plans and billing for every Elav8 product run on Paga, Elav8's account platform — that is the Sign in with Elav8 button.
Who it is for
Small and mid-sized businesses whose website is where customers first ask questions: services, clinics, agencies, stores, software companies. Setup is a conversation — FALA reads the site, the Architect interviews the owner by voice, and one line of code puts the agent on the site. It works on WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow and any site that can take a script tag, and AI agents can set it up over MCP.
What we believe
Answers should come from the business, not from a model's imagination: FALA's agent is grounded in the pages and notes the owner approved, and it says so when it does not know. Visitors should know they are talking to AI. Owners should be able to see every conversation and delete their data.
Research
Fala Research publishes evidence on how people talk to websites, starting with The Ask Gap (FR-2026-01), a review of 41 sources on voice versus text, and a pre-registered first-party study.
