Install FALA with a coding agent

Your FALA agent is one line of code. If a coding agent already works in your site's files, hand it the line and the prompt FALA writes for you, and it puts the line where it belongs.

Four ways onto your site

1. **Copy the snippet** — paste it just before </body> on every page: a footer, a header/footer tool, or a tag manager.

2. **Email it to yourself** — for when you are on a phone now and at a laptop later.

3. **Email your developer** — FALA sends the snippet and the steps, with your address as Reply-To.

4. **Paste it into a coding agent** — copy the prompt FALA writes for your site, paste it with the snippet into Claude, Codex or Cursor, and the agent installs it.

The same five steps, whichever agent you use

1. **Open the ready card.** In FALA, your agent's card shows the snippet once you have agreed to the install terms. Under it: "Copy prompt for my coding agent".

2. **Copy the prompt.** It names your site, carries the snippet, says where the line goes, and tells the agent how to check its work.

3. **Open your site's project in the agent.** The folder or repository your website is built from.

4. **Paste the prompt and send it.** The agent finds the layout that renders every page and adds the one line before </body>. Review the change like any other.

5. **Deploy, then open your public site once.** FALA notices the first load and your card flips to "Live on your site".

Where the prompt goes

How you know it worked

Open your live site (not a local preview or the admin). The moment the line loads, your FALA card says "Live on your site". The agent key is locked to your site by default, so a local preview or another domain will not show the widget — that is the lock, not a fault.

Transcript of the walkthrough film

Your FALA agent is one line of code. Here it is, on your ready card, with four ways to put it on your site. Copy it, email it to yourself, email your developer — or, if a coding agent already works in your site's files, let it do the install. Tap Copy prompt. The prompt names your site, carries the snippet, and says exactly where the line goes. Paste it into Claude, Codex, Cursor — whichever you use. The agent finds the layout that renders every page and adds the one line before the closing body tag. Review the change, approve it, deploy. Open your live site once. FALA notices the first load and your card says Live. That's the install.
